Transfer of Vehicle Ownership

Once a vehicle is bought from its previous owner, its ownership has to be transferred in the name of the current owner within 14 days in the concerned RTO where the vehicle is registered.

Transferring the ownership of the vehicle is the responsibility of both new and old owners of the vehicle.
