RTO Help is not responsible for the documents if lost or damaged during the process. rtohelp.in is not responsible for the damages or losses of any kind caused by the delay of executing the process by government officials. In of case DL Renewal, C/N, C/A or RC Duplicate, RRC, T.O. these documents will be sent by speed post by RTO office. And if your door is locked or no response is received from your side then the speed post will be returned to RTO office, from where you will have to collect your documents by presenting a valid I.D. proof. Some times it may take five to seven weeks to receive RC or DL. In such cases discussed above rtohelp.in is not responsible for the delay caused.
