Issue No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) of a vehicle registered in current RTO.
If the owner of the vehicle changes his/her residence or sells the vehicle outside of the RTO jurisdiction where the vehicle is currently registered. Then the owner shall file the application for the issue of clearance certificate with the registering authority where the vehicle is registered.
